The PBGV Group

Yesterday evening I wrote on the PBGV’s group website notifying them of the passing of my dearest puppy boy Karma.

Karma was one of those special breeds that are so rare that there are approximately between 200 – 300 of them in Australia. However, the PBGV’s are more popular overseas. Over the past 10 years alone, I have only ever seen another 5 PBGVs (3 of them at dog shows).

However, this website is for people who love and adore this happy, silly and crazy breed of dogs and wish to share their PBGV stories with others from all around the world.

18 hours after I notified the group about Karma, I happened to notice that I had received a number of notifications from the group. When I opened up my message I found that I had received almost 300 emoji likes and almost 100 comments from group members.

Seeing this made me feel quite emotional and made me think just how amazing this group of people really are. For a group of people to rally together to show their support, their understanding, their compassion and empathy for someone who was grieving over their lose of their fur baby is extremely uplifting.

I am truely grateful for every single member who left a kind thoughtful message or an emoji like. I would like tell each and every member that your kind words / actions made a huge difference to me. You added a bit of sunshine to my dark cloudy days and have shown me that there still is a lot of hope for humanity.

I am very proud to be associated with this group and hope that we always continue to act like a PBGV, caring, happy and showing unconditional love.

Thank You

From Karma and TMITP Hat
