Today I heard from my new real estate agent called Ryan. I asked Ryan if he had seen anything that he thought that I might be interested in. This apartment is located on Hangzhong Lu and by the looks of things it is pretty much sitting right on top of the metro line as well as being a 5 minute walk from school. It’s location is on the north side of the school and on the south side of the tennis courts, which makes it a really nice position
Being so close to the metro means that it is easier for me to get in and around Shanghai. travelling to and from the tennis courts and travelling to and from the airports. The price of the apartment is great as well and within my budget. Rent is RMB6500 per month.
Overall, I am really happy with how the apartment looks but there is a couple of things that I would ask the landlord to fix which would be the lounge and to put in a tv.
