The Great Apartment Hunt #12 and # 13

Another two apartments came in today from Agent #1, while Agent #2 confirmed an apartment booking for 2pm Tuesday. Agent #2 gave me a 100% chance of negotiating, what I call the curly place, down the RMB 7500.

I also mentioned to Agent #2 that I would also like a proper mattress for the second bed which he said that it wouldn’t be a problem. So I have booked this place in for a viewing.

So Agent #1 sent me two apartments to check out. Apartment #12 was an instant “HELL NO!!!! Let’s just move on from here.”

I just didn’t get any feeling from it at all.

Apartment #13

However this 10th floor apartment caught my eye. It has great potential but requires a change in size of bed in the second bedroom.

I have also asked to see this place as well. I feel like I am starting to make some progress in the apartment area. I feel much more relaxed about things now.
